Lou is a master fabricator and designer, who uses his years of experience to create interesting and unheard of new toys. Lou is creator of the ARC Fighter and the master fabricator and designer of the ARC Main Battle Tank “Devastator”. Lou’s dedication to the team and his good sportsmanship are unquestionable.
