BACKGROUND:
Chappy has the keen military mind that makes him a solid tactician and a good leader, his knack for devising solid plans based on limited intelligence has brought many victories to the armies he has commanded. Chappy is not a back row General, he is often found in the center of the formation guns blazing, leading his team into the stiffest of enemy formations. His patience, keen eyes, and experience also make him an effective woodsball sniper, with the ability to get into enemy lines and cause distractions that can be easily exploited.
